  • What type of sessions do you offer?
    Branding, Boudoir, Children, Couples, Engagement, Family, Graduation, Headshots, Portrait, Maternity, Newborn and more!
  • Are refunds given?
    Refunds are NOT GIVEN unless Billionaire Shots is at fault. Retainers are also NOT REFUNDED.
  • What color backdrops do you have?
    Beige, Black, Blue, Brown, Gray, Light Pink,Orange, Red & White
  • Do you offer more than solid color backdrops?
    Yes, Floral and Seasonal Backdrops.
  • When is my remaining payment due?
    Your remaining balance is due the DAY BEFORE your session. If your balance is not paid before then your appointment will be cancelled.
  • How do I pay my remaining balance?
    To pay your remaining balance, go to your confirmation email and click "change/cancel appointment"
  • What if there's bad weather during or before my session?
    Your session will be rescheduled, or the session will be moved to the home studio.
  • Is there a retainer required to book?
    Yes, all sessions require a 50% retainer.
  • Do you accept Cashapp?
    All appointments must be booked through my website. All credit/debit cards are accepted. You can use your cash app card when securing your appointment.
  • Do you edit/retouch your photos? What program do you use?
    Yes, I use Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Do you travel?
    Yes, a traveling fee is added to the session
  • How long will it take to receive my photos?
    5-10 business days edit turnaround, the period begins after the edits are selected via the photo gallery by client and the Photographer is notified via email. Depending on the number of sessions I have to edit, editing can take up to THREE WEEKS.Please plan and book accordingly. Sessions are edited in the order that they are taken and will not be rushed or bumped ahead of other sessions. We do provide a rush fee available for a 4 business day turnaround. (Business Days do NOT include Saturday and Sunday or any Holidays).
  • How will receive my photos?
    A gallery containing your photos will be sent to the email address provided when booking.
  • What happens if I’m running late?
    If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment will need to be cancelled.
  • Do you supply props?
    Yes, but certain props are for certain sessions Props that are available: balloons (helium balloons are not provided unless added on to session), crowns, birthday decor( gift boxes, confetti, fringe curtains, etc.), gold stool, newborn bench, etc.
